Shipping Policy

All products are delivered within the United States, frequently within 3–4 business days via UPS or USPS (Mon–Fri).
Transit & Order Handling

In case of delay for any reason, we will contact you promptly.
Shipping Rates
- FREE shipping on orders over $75
- Orders under $75 use tiered shipping and handling pricing based on product, weight, and carrier
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, it will include a tracking number, allowing you to track it until it is delivered. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Make sure the email address you provided is accurate, otherwise you will not receive the notification.
Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, it is considered shipped — we are unable to cancel or refund. Any orders that have shipped fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is automatically added to your cart for your convenience. By removing the insurance, The Warehouse Salon is not to be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you. Contact: orders@thewarehousesalon.com.
Packaging & Product Appearance
Manufacturers may update their product packaging at any time without prior notice to retailers. As a result, the product you receive may have slightly different packaging than what is shown on our website. Rest assured, the product inside is the same — only the outer packaging may differ. We make every effort to keep our listing images current, but there may be a brief transition period when a brand rolls out new packaging.
Size Substitutions
In the event that a specific size is temporarily unavailable, we may substitute with smaller sizes of the same product that equal or exceed the total volume of your original order. For example, if a 32oz bottle is out of stock, we may ship two 16oz bottles instead. You will always receive at least the total amount of product you ordered. If you have a preference or concern about size substitutions, please contact us before placing your order.
