There was absolutely zero pigment that I could see that could do anything to tone. My hair looked no different after using the conditioner, not even a subtle change. And it was VERY expensive for a VERY small bottle. I'm beyond disappointed.

Bottle came broken and every time I try to squeeze out some conditioner it comes out of the side where it is broken as well.
While I really like the product, better packaging and handling will definitely help improve the experience and the rating.

This is completely dried out. It’s like a rock and I cannot scoop out the wax. Is this defective? Make it malleable so i can dip my finger in to use on my mustache.

I’ve been using the lakme hottest wax before (you have to warm up your hands or hair to apply). It was my favorite (and the only) hair product. The formula was changed in this new one. You don't need to heat your hands anymore, can apply right away. Smells nice, holds great, matte look. I really like it.

In my opinion this is the best product Olaplex makes! I use it once a week, and it makes such a difference in my highlighted and heat styled hair - it feels like virgin hair again! I shampoo with Olaplex 4, then work an egg-sized portion of the 4 in 1 through from ends to roots and let work for 10 minutes, That's all it takes to restore my hair! This has similar scent and consistency to the Olaplex 5 conditioner, which I use daily. With this system I have been able to regrow my hair in 2 years after losing most of it due to a medical issue - and it looks better than ever!
