The photo shows my product I was replacing and the product you sent me. I don't know if it was improperly handled during shipping or in your warehouse or if it's old, but it's color is off it shouldn't be yellow, it should be white, it's extremely firm and gets very clumpy and not easy to apply to my hair with how much clumping is going on. It's pretty much useless... I'm going to throw it out and probably won't buy from you again.

Send what I ordered I got conditioner instead of shampoo. I have sent pictures and got no response.
There was absolutely zero pigment that I could see that could do anything to tone. My hair looked no different after using the conditioner, not even a subtle change. And it was VERY expensive for a VERY small bottle. I'm beyond disappointed.
My order wasn’t delivered as it shows in the system. Have sent your company a few emails and I have not heard anything back. I was expecting that your company would help out with this issue.
Bottle came broken and every time I try to squeeze out some conditioner it comes out of the side where it is broken as well. While I really like the product, better packaging and handling will definitely help improve the experience and the rating.

First, you sent me the wrong size as the picture shows. Second, I have attempted numerous times to get you to respond to my raising the fact that you provided me the wrong size and nothing.

This is completely dried out. It’s like a rock and I cannot scoop out the wax. Is this defective? Make it malleable so i can dip my finger in to use on my mustache.

I’ve been using the lakme hottest wax before (you have to warm up your hands or hair to apply). It was my favorite (and the only) hair product. The formula was changed in this new one. You don't need to heat your hands anymore, can apply right away. Smells nice, holds great, matte look. I really like it.
10/10 recommend the Air Dry Creme! I use it everyday, it makes my hair dry so nicely without having to use heat.

In my opinion this is the best product Olaplex makes! I use it once a week, and it makes such a difference in my highlighted and heat styled hair - it feels like virgin hair again! I shampoo with Olaplex 4, then work an egg-sized portion of the 4 in 1 through from ends to roots and let work for 10 minutes, That's all it takes to restore my hair! This has similar scent and consistency to the Olaplex 5 conditioner, which I use daily. With this system I have been able to regrow my hair in 2 years after losing most of it due to a medical issue - and it looks better than ever!
