Salon questions
How do I book an appointment?
Go to our booking page, choose DeLand or Fairfield, then pick your service, stylist and time online. You can also call DeLand at (386) 279-0626 or Fairfield at (973) 500-4536.
Where are your salons?
The Warehouse Salon DeLand is at 1782 S Woodland Blvd, DeLand, FL 32720. The Warehouse Salon Fairfield is at 1275 Bloomfield Ave, Building 1, Unit 3, Fairfield, NJ 07004. See DeLand and Fairfield for directions.
What are your hours?
DeLand: Tuesday 10am to 8pm, Wednesday 10am to 7pm, Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm. Fairfield: Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes. A short consultation is free at both salons, and so are our extension and bridal consultations. It is the best place to start if you are not sure what to book.
Where can I see your prices?
Every service and its starting price is on our service menu. Your final price depends on your stylist, the length and thickness of your hair, and the products used.
Can I choose my stylist?
Yes. Meet everyone on our team and pick the stylist who fits your hair, then book with them online.
Shop questions
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We sell professional hair care and styling products, many of the same lines we use in our salons.
How do I contact you?
Use the form on our contact page, or call either salon. For online orders, call online support at (973) 816-2334.
Shipping and returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-4 business days via UPS or USPS (Monday-Friday). Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it until it's delivered. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a tiered shipping and handling fee based on the product and carrier.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. To start a return, email orders@thewarehousesalon.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
