SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All products are free delivered to the United States and frequently delivered within 3-4 business days via UPS or USPS (Mon-Fri).

TRANSIT & ORDER HANDLING:

  • Processing time: 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
  • Transit time: 3-4 Business days (Mon to Fri) Standard Shipping
    In case of delay for any reason, we will instantly contact you.

SHIPPING RATES:

  • All orders under $75.00 will have a tiered shipping and handling pricing based on product by carrier.
  • FREE Shipping on orders over $75

TRACKING:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it comes with a tracking number, allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
  • When your order has shipped, you will get an email from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking info to become available.
  • Please make sure the email you provided is accurate and correct, or you will not receive the notification.

*Please note, once an order has been picked up by the carrier, it is considered 'shipped' therefore we are unable to cancel or refund.

*Note: Any orders that have shipped would then fall under the RETURN SHIPPING POLICY below.

Packaging & Product Appearance

Manufacturers may update their product packaging at any time without prior notice to retailers. As a result, the product you receive may have slightly different packaging than what is shown on our website. Rest assured, the product inside is the same — only the outer packaging may differ. We make every effort to keep our listing images current, but there may be a brief transition period when a brand rolls out new packaging.

Size Substitutions

In the event that a specific size is temporarily unavailable, we may substitute with smaller sizes of the same product that equal or exceed the total volume of your original order. For example, if a 32oz bottle is out of stock, we may ship two 16oz bottles instead. You will always receive at least the total amount of product you ordered. If you have a preference or concern about size substitutions, please contact us before placing your order.


Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 21, 2026

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and sealed in its original packaging
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • You must have your receipt or proof of purchase
  • A return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking returned merchandise.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at orders@thewarehousesalon.com to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused.

Please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, our customer service department will provide confirmation of your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at orders@thewarehousesalon.com.

Return Shipping

In the event of a packing error by our team, The Warehouse Salon will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at orders@thewarehousesalon.com to discuss your shipping options. We can pass along our discounted shipping rates — the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason:

  • Any opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry
  • Nail products: nail polish, tweezers, nippers, clippers, and all other implements
  • Hair tools: brushes, razors, shears, and hair color accessories
  • Skin and makeup: makeup, makeup brushes, eyelashes, beauty implements, and hair removal accessories

Tip: Please be extra careful when selecting makeup colors.

Electrical Appliance Returns

No return will be accepted without an RMA number. Contact us at orders@thewarehousesalon.com for authorization.

The Warehouse Salon does not provide refunds on used electrical appliances. New and unopened electrical appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons, etc.) can be exchanged for replacement or store credit within 30 days of purchase. The 10% restocking fee applies.

All appliances are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of delivery. If your appliance becomes defective within this period, we will replace it at no cost. After 30 days, all appliances are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us to discuss your options.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is automatically added to your cart for your convenience. By removing the insurance, The Warehouse Salon is not to be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraud, frequent return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny purchases or refunds for any suspicious activity.
